Yes, there is a zucchini in this smoothie! And no, you can’t taste it! I wrote a whole post about the benefits of adding a zucchini to smoothies, and I wanted to post a full recipe as a fun starting point. I promise this will taste like a blueberry banana smoothie, so give it a try!

Blueberry, Banana, and Zucchini Smoothie
- 2 small zucchini or 1 medium zucchini
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 11 oz container of coconut water
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
