Summer Pizza Ideas
As promised in my previous post, I wanted to share some snapshots from our last pizza night to spark some ideas for a summertime pizza party. The fun of pizza is that almost everything goes, so hopefully these ideas help get the wheels turning for pizzas to create! Pictures and descriptions of each of our pizzas below.

Pizza 1: Squash Blossom. Topped with mozzarella and squash blossoms.Pizza 2: Italian Sausage and Bitter Greens. Topped with Italian Sausage (pre-cooked), chard and spinach (pre-cooked), tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds.Pizza 3: Mushrooms, Italian sausage, and artichoke hearts. Topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage (pre-cooked), mushrooms (pre-cooked), and artichoke hearts (pre-cooked).Pizza 4: Fig and Arugula. Topped with goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sliced figs. After cooking, top with fresh arugula and drizzle with honey.Pizza 5: Classic Egg Pizza. Topped with mozzarella cheese, pancetta slices, and a fresh egg. The egg will cook in the pizza oven with the yolk remaining runny in the center.Pizza 6: Potato and Pancetta with Green Onions. Topped with mozzarella cheese, sliced green onions, sliced potatoes (pre-cooked), sliced pancetta, and a fresh egg. The egg will cook in the pizza oven with the yolk remaining runny in the center.
