The final stage of my citrus preservation weekend was focused around my lemons. I harvested 15 gorgeous lemons, and turned them into 13 jars of marmalade. I followed this recipe through Simply Recipes (click the link to access it). I also used this recipe last year with great success. I love that all of the ingredients are at a 1:1:1 ratio and the procedure is exact but easy to follow.
