Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

This is a nice, healthy way to start the day – giving you a nice serving of fruit and some protein all in a glass.  The fruit can be swapped out with any other options that you have in the freezer, and the yogurt can be swapped out for Greek or plant-based options.  You can also add a little extra sugar or honey for sweetness – I skipped that step today because we’re currently on a health kick!  Delicious and nutritious any way you make it – so give this recipe a try!

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie:


  • 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 11 oz container of coconut water


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth (for about 60 seconds).
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
