Recipe: Miso Sesame Dressing

I made this super simple, three ingredient dressing over the weekend, and I absolutely loved it and wanted to share!  This dressing is a simple blend of miso, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil, which together make an awesome vinaigrette that packs an excellent flavor punch.

I will post the salad that I made with this shortly, but I think this dressing is so versatile I wanted to post it separately.  This would be delicious with salmon or shrimp, over rice, or with any veggies for a fun salad.  This would also pair super well with beans, mushrooms, and even hard-boiled eggs.  Salty from the miso, sweet and lightly acidic from the rice wine vinegar, and super toasty from the sesame oil, these three ingredients come together to make a vinaigrette that’s sure to make your next meal pop!

Recipe down below, photo (starring the dressing with some shitake mushrooms, highly recommend) up top!
